The paper puts forward the method of establishing the expense mathematical model on the bases of the expense problems in the process of the merchandise purchase,sale and storage.It gives out the systematic calculations of the dynamic cost optimality problems in the process of the commission sale.The break even- secured benefit model and the calculations reveal the internal relations of the operating cost fluctuation and the time of the merchandise storage.They lay down the foundation of the cost optimality control and also have the meaning of the theoretical research and the practical value.
