The paper reviews sociolinguistic theories pointed out that if minority groups want to Integrate into critically discussing about the endangered minority languages. It is the mainstream society, they have to give up their ethnic languages and from a personal point of view, and there is a possibility of developing into mainstream society. But in the long run, giving up their ethnic languages is a collective loss. This is a dilemma and linguists and sociologists or anyone can't solve, and at the same time, it also provides a reasonable theoretical framework for sociolinguistic study of the endangered minority languages.
