摘要 棒形悬式复合绝缘子机械可靠性是产品最关键的性能之一,根据采用界面压接金具和芯棒互相作用的机理和特点,使用同时控制压接力和压接尺寸的UC控制压接机,在选择合适的压接模具和操作模式连接下,达到优异的机械性能。声发射技术是监测复合绝缘子压接界面结构组装性能的有效手段,能即时反馈复合绝缘子端部压接界面状态。利用压接曲线的分析应用和声发射波形的监测,来确定复合绝缘子的压接参数和监测产品界面压接的质量,极大的提高了压接界面可靠性,保证了特高压复合绝缘子产品稳定的机械性能。 Mechanical reliability is one of the most important characteristics for long rod composite insulator performance. According to the mechanism and the characteristics of synergistic between the metal fittings which adopting the interface crimp with core rod, by using the UC controlled crimping machine which can control the crimping force and crimping dimension simultaneously, with the suitable crimping mould and operation mode, the good mechanical performance can be reached. The acoustic emission technique is the best way to monitor the crimping interface assembling performance of the composite insulator, and it can timely reflect the end fitting interface state of the composite insulator. By analysis and application of the crimping curve and monitoring the acoustic emission waveform, to determine the crimping parameter of the composite insulator and monitoring the quality of product crimping interface, the reliability of the crimping interface has been improved a lot, and guarantees the stable mechanical performance of the UHV composite insulator.
