摘要
探讨纬接结间隔机织物的试织方法及应用。介绍了纬接结间隔机织物的基本加工原理和织造方法,以丙纶股线为经纱,腈纶股线为纬纱,上层纬纱、下层纬纱和接结纬纱采用1∶1∶1配置;设计6根接结纬,则纬纱循环为18根;绘制了上机图,并成功试织了纬接结间隔机织物。认为:合理设计接结纬纱在两面层组织间的变位点是关键,其决定间隔高度和接结纱的密度。
Weaving method and application of weft binding spacer woven fabric were discussed. Basic principle and weaving method of weft binding spacer woven fabric were introduced. Polypropylene ply was used as warp, acrylic ply was used as weft,ratio among upper weft,down weft and binding weft is 1 : 1 : 1. Six binding wefts were designed and the weft cycle is 18. Loom arrangement was drawn. The weft binding spacer woven fabric are produced successfully. It is considered that the key is the rational design of weft binding displacement in two layer weave. Spacer height and binding yarn density are decided by the displacement.
