摘要
分析特吕茨勒清梳联的性能特点,探讨特吕茨勒清梳联、TD03型并条机和BD416型转杯纺纱机纺制C 24.5 tex纱的纺纱工艺。指出:要做好运转操作和设备保养、平修的规范管理工作,减少故障停台,提高清梳联生产效率,以保证生产供应。采用50%的3.5级原棉和50%的回花及再用棉的配棉方案,通过优化各工序工艺配置,纺制出的C 24.5 tex转杯纱用于织造蜡染布,棉纱质量完全能够满足织造要求,取得了较好的效果。
According to property of Truetzschler blowing-carding unit,processing of C 24.5 tex rotor yarn spun by Truetzschler blowing-carding unit,TD03 drawing frame and BD416 rotor spinning frame. It is pointed out that operation, equipment maintenance and standardized management should be done well to reduce equipment stoppages,increase blo- wing-carding unit efficiency and ensure production supply. Plan of 50% 3.5 degree cotton and 50% reusable cotton waste & reworkable waste is adopted. Processing in each process should be optimized, C 25.4 tex rotor yarn can be used to weave batik fabric. The yarn quality can reach weaving demand, the effect is better.
