摘要 探讨Coolplus涤纶混纺涡流针织纱的生产工艺。针对混纺纤维的性能特点,采用棉包混棉、三道并条以实现原料充分混和;开清棉控制打手速度,避免纤维损伤;梳棉采用轻定量、低速度、适当放大隔距,减少棉结;并条适当放大罗拉隔距,涡流纺正确选择罗拉隔距、牵伸倍数及加捻工艺;选用抗静电胶辊,防止缠绕,最终成功开发出Coolplus/涤纶50/50 14.8 tex针织纱,其质量满足了产品开发的要求。 Processing of Coolplus polyester blended vortex knitting yarn was discussed. According to fiber proper- ty, cotton bale blending and three-time drawing were adopted to ensure blending evenly. Beater speed should be con- trolled well to avoid fiber injury in picking process. Less weight per unit,lower speed and larger gauges was adopted in carding process to reduce neps. Roller gauge should be increased properly in drawing process. In vortex spinning process, roller gauge, draft multiple and twist processing should be selected correctly. Antistatic rubber-covered roll was adopted to prevent fiber winding, finally Coolplus/polyester 50/50 14.8 tex knitting yarn can be produced, the quality can reach product development demands.
