Modification of Adjusting Tool in Middle Part of Roving Frame

探讨粗纱机调试工具的改进方法。针对车中部分的装机技术要求,分析了原调试工具存在的问题,设计了上下龙筋孔对正的调试工具,改进了锭翼与筒管齿轮对正工具,并介绍其调试方法。认为:新调试工具使用可靠、操作便捷,明显提高了装机效率和质量,并延长了整机的使用寿命,降低了生产成本。

Modification methods of adjusting tool on roving frame were discussed. According to technology demand in middle part of roving frame, problems in original adjusting tool were analyzed, new adjusting tool was designed. Cor- rection tool between flyer and bobbin gear were improved and the correction method was introduced. It is considered that new tool is reliable, the operation is convenient,installation efficiency and quality can be improved obviously, use life of roving frame can be extended and the production cost can be reduced.
