摘要
由于发动机是高速旋转机械,因此其运动过程中的惯性力及其平衡问题的研究对于整车的振动与噪声具有很重要的实际意义。通过对几种平衡方法的对比,基于单轴平衡法对某摩托车发动机平衡问题进行了分析并完成了平衡轴的设计。设计结果表明,采用单轴平衡法对摩托车发动机进行动平衡处理,设计过程较为方便;采用单轴平衡后,垂直于活塞运动方向的惯性力可完全消除,但是活塞运动方向仍然存在一定的惯性力。
The inertial force of the engine plays an important role in vehicle vibration and noise for the high engine speed.The single-axis balance mechanism is selected based on comparison of different balance method and the balance design of single-cylinder is done based on this balance mechanism.From the design process it is very convenient to do balance design with single-axis balance method.It can also be concluded that the inertial force on the vertical direction of piston movement is eliminated,however the inertial force on the direction of piston movement is still exists.
