摘要
介绍了一种机床主轴锥孔自磨工具,阐述了该工具的结构、工作原理和操作方法,并分析影响主轴锥孔加工精度因素,解决了传统工艺方法难以保证主轴锥孔精度的问题,实践证明该夹具具有较强的实用性。
A kind of self-grinding tool for machine tool spindle taper hole was introduced in this paper.The tool structure,working principle and operation method were expounded.And the factor influenced spindle taper hole processing precision was analyzed.The problem as traditional process methods were hard to guarantee the precision of spindle taper hole was solved.The strong practicability of the fixture has been proved by practice too.
