基于WSR系统方法论的产品设计研究

Study of product design based on WSR system methodology

WSR系统方法论是具备东方传统的系统方法论,其独特性在于注重人理,与产品人性化设计思想不谋而合。通过对WSR系统方法论的背景、内容和研究现状的论述,指出该方法论应用于产品设计的意义,构建了产品设计的WSR三维分析模型,提出了基于物理、事理、人理有机协调下的产品设计过程模型。最后,以单柱式液压机的改良设计为例进行了WSR系统方法论的应用分析。

As a kind of oriental systems methodology,WSR system methodology concentrates on Renli,which is compatible to humanized design concept of product.The background,content and research status of WSR system methodology are reviewed,the significance of using WSR system methodology to design products is analyzed.Then the WSR three-dimensional model for product design is established,and the product design process model is put forword based on the organic coordination of Wuli,Shili and Renli factors.In the end,taking the improving design project of single column hydraulic press as an example,the application analysis of WSR system methodology is carried out.
