The Rise of the Emerging Economies as a Groupand Its External Risks

进入21世纪,世界经济发生了重大变化,新兴经济体出现群体性崛起,其对全球经济增长的贡献率超过70%。但是2008年国际金融危机以来,以金砖国家为代表的新兴经济体经济增速普遍下滑,表明新兴经济体还未能与发达经济体实现"脱钩",新兴经济体实现可持续经济增长之路仍然任重道远。

Since the 21st century, the world economy has undergone significant changes when the emerging economies rose as a group, contributing to over seventy percent of global output. However, the general economic growth rate of emerging economies including the BRICS countries in particular has been in decline since the in- ternational financial crisis in 2008. It indicats that the emerging economies have not been able to ＂decouple＂ with the developed economies. And it is essential for the emerging economies to implement structural reforms in order to achieve sustainable economic dynamism.
