摘要 以认知无线电为代表的动态频谱接入技术为动态频谱管理提供了基础,动态频谱管理受到了广泛关注和研究.从管理和用频相结合的角度,介绍了动态频谱接入关键技术,全面梳理了动态频谱管理的最新研究进展,总结了动态频谱管理的发展趋势.最后,讨论了有关应对策略. The dynamic spectrum access (DSA) technologies, denoted by cognitive radio, provide the possibility of dynamic spectrum management (DSM), which has been concerned and researched a lot in the past decade. The combination of spec-trum management and access is addressed. DSA technologies are introduced, the recent development of DSM is reviewed, and the trends in the future are summa-rized. Furthermore, some urgent resolving strategies are proposed and discussed.
