摘要
目的比较全视网膜光凝治疗使用不同接触镜填充液对角膜中央厚度、泪膜破裂时间的影响,以寻找最合适于该治疗的填充液。方法对50例(74只眼)糖尿病视网膜病变适合全视网膜光凝治疗,随机分别使用0.25%氯霉素眼液(湖北潜江制药厂生产)、0.8ml聚乙烯醇(湖北远大天天明制药有限公司)、1%羧甲基纤维素(美国Allergan公司生产)作为安放角膜接触镜的填充液,治疗前后测量患者的泪膜破裂时间、角膜中央厚度。结果氯霉素组与聚乙烯醇和羧甲基纤维素两组泪膜破裂时间、角膜中央厚度均有差异显著性意义(P<0.01),聚乙烯醇组与羧甲基纤维素组泪膜破裂时间、角膜中央厚度差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。结论使用聚乙烯醇及羧甲基纤维素作为安放角膜接触镜的填充液,患者感觉舒适,术后较少引起干眼,泪膜稳定性较好、角膜水肿程度轻,有利于全视网膜光凝治疗的进行。
Objective To compare the effect of different contact lens liquid filling on corneal parameters, to find the most suitable filling liquid of the treatment. Methods Totally 50 cases(74 eyes) diabetic retinopathy is suitable for the whole retinal photocoagulation treatment,randomly used 0.25% Chloramphenicol eye drops ,0.8ml Poval , 1% Carboxy- methylcellulose as the filling liquid of corneal contact lens. were measured before and after treatment. Results The Breakup time of tear film and central corneal thickness of Chloramphenicol group had significant difference than those the Poval group and Carboxymethylcellulose group. There was no significant difference between Poval group and Carboxym- ethylcellulose group. Conclusion Poval and Carboxymethylccllulose as the filling liquid of corneal contact lens, patients feel comfortable, less postoperative dry eye, the tear film stability, corneal edema light, in favor of panretinal photocoag- ulation.
