2123例口腔颌面外科患者抗菌药物使用的相关因素分析

Analysis of Related Factors for Using Antibiotics in 2123 Patients of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery

目的:分析南京大学医学院附属口腔医院口腔颌面外科住院患者抗菌药物的使用情况,以促进抗菌药物的合理应用,为临床用药提供参考。方法:采用口腔颌面外科病房2011年6月—2012年6月间出院病历资料,按照抗菌药物的使用率、使用种类、用药频度(DDDs)等因素进行综合分析与评价。结果:分析的2 198例患者病历中,使用抗菌药物2 123例,抗菌药物的使用率为96.59%;抗菌药物的使用种类以头孢菌素类为最多,其次是硝基咪唑类药物,青霉素类药物排列第三;抗菌药物联合用药情况较好。结论:口腔颌面外科住院患者抗菌药物使用过程中仍然存在着一些不合理用药的现象,医院要加强抗菌药物合理使用相关知识的宣传和培训,积极开展临床药学监护,以促进医院临床抗菌药物的合理使用。

Objective： To analyze the application status of using antibiotics in inpatients of oral and maxillofacial surgery in the Stomatological Hospital affiliated to Medical School of Nanjing University, to promote the rational use of antibiotics and to provide the reference for clinical medication. Methods： The clinical cases from june 2011 to june 2012 were investigated and retrospectively analyzed in the usage, types, DDDs and other factors of using antibiotics. Results： There were 2 198 cases, 2 123 of whom used antibiotics. The total usage of antibiotics was 96.59%. Cephalo- sporins were the againly used antibiotics in our hospital, and the next were nitroimidazoles antibiotics and penicillins. Conclusion： The use of antibiotics in the inpatients in the department of oral and maxillofacial surgrey was irrational. It is necessary to strengthen the supervision and management in the use of antibiotics.
