Original meaning of Jieluo in the Inner Canon of the Yellow Emperor

络脉系统是经络理论的重要组成部分,《黄帝内经》对络脉系统进行阐释的同时也创造了大量术语。文章试对其中的"结络"一词进行探讨,在解释其含义的同时指出其生理性结络和病理性结络的区别,可通过循按扪切等方法对其进行诊断,其治疗有放血、灸络、熨络等方法。笔者试图通过对"结络"的阐释对络脉理论进行完善,并为针灸术语国家标准的制定打下良好的基础。

Collaterals system is an important part of the channels and collaterals theory. Large numbers of terms are produced with the interpretation process of collaterals system in the Inner Canon of the Yellow Emperor. This article tried to expound the original meaning of jieluo. This article explained its meaning, at the same time, indicated the difference between its physiology and pathology. Jieluo was diagnosed by methods of palpation. And the therapy included bloodletting, collateral moxibustion, collateral, ironing, etc. This paper tried to improve the collaterals theory and lay a good foundation for drawing up the national standard of acupuncture terminology through the interpretation of jieluo.
