基于寸口六部脉图的71例大学生体质观察研究

Observation on body constitution of 71 cases of college students based on cunkou six-pulse sphygmogram

目的:探讨大学生寸口六部脉图差异的规律并推测其体质特征。方法:采用ZBOX-Ⅰ型脉象数字化分析仪依次分别记录双手寸口寸、关、尺三部压力脉图。提取寸口六部时域脉图参数并进行比较分析。结果:大学生寸口六部脉图时域参数存在差异。差异与寸、关、尺三部、三部与左右侧的交互效应有关,主要存在于h1、h3、h4、h5、as、ad等参数。结论:六部脉图差异的客观存在在一定程度上支持了寸口分部脉诊理论。寸口六部脉图h1、h3、h4、h5、as、ad等参数呈现的大体顺序可能提示大学生其肺脾偏弱、肾气充足的体质特点。

Objective： To explore the law of college students＇ cunkou six-pulse differences and speculate their physical characters. Methods： Cunkou six-pulse （bilateral cun, guan and chi） were recorded by ZBOX- I pulse digitizing analyzer. The time-domain parameters were extracted and compared of six-pulse sites. Results： The differences existed in some time-domain parameters of cunkou six sphygmograms of the college students. Differences were related to the site factor （the difference of cun, guan and chi）, and the interaction effect of different sites （cun or guan or chi） and different sides （left or right）. The differences were mainly presented in the time-domain parameters： hl, h3, h4, h5, as and ad. Conclusion： To some extent, the six sphygmogram objective differences support the cunkou segment pulse diagnosis theory. The sequence of hl, h3, h4, h5, as and ad may suggest the weak of lung and spleen and the sufficient of kidney in body constitution of college students.
