金欣口服液对呼吸道合胞病毒肺炎幼大鼠白细胞介素-10及肿瘤细胞因子-α的调节作用研究 被引量:3

Study of Jinxin Oral Liquid on the regulation of IL-10 and TNF-a of RSV infection in young rats

摘要 目的:探讨金欣口服液对呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV)肺炎幼大鼠炎症因子白细胞介素-10(IL-10)及肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)的调节作用。方法:采用细胞培养、实验动物学、ABC-ELISA法等实验技术探讨金欣口服液对机体免疫的调节作用机制。结果:RSV感染大鼠后,促炎症细胞因子TNF-α明显下降(P<0.05),抗炎症细胞因子IL-10的含量增加(P<0.05),TNF-α/IL-10的比值较正常值降低(P<0.05);金欣口服液实验组,TNF-α、IL-10含量均有不同程度的升高,其中以提前给药组增高最为明显,高剂量组次之(P<0.05),TNF-α/IL-10的比值增高,其中以低剂量组最高,高剂量组次之。结论:金欣口服液抗RSV在上调促炎症细胞因子TNF-α含量的同时促进抗炎症细胞因子IL-10的释放,具有调节免疫失衡的作用,从而发挥抗病毒作用。 Objective: To study the regulating effect on tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) and interleukin-10(IL-10) of Jinxin oral liquid (JOL) inhibiting respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) infection in young rat. Methods: Cell culture, experimental zoology and ABC-ELISA method were used to detect the regulating effect of JOL on the body immune mechanism. Results: The body pro-inflammatory cytokines TNF-α significantly dropped when viral infection while anti-inflammatory cytokine IL- l0 were increased (P〈0.05), TNF-α IL-10 ratio was lower than normal (P〈0.05). After JOL treatment, TNF-α, IL-10 levels were elevated to varying degrees, of which the most obvious was early treatment group, followed by high-dose group (P〈0.05). TNF-α IL-10 was also increased, and obvious in the low-dose group, following by high-dose group. Conclusion: The mechanism of JOL inhibiting RSV maybe relate to its regulating imbalance of immune by increasing pro-inflammatory cytokines TNF-α and anti- inflammatory cytokine IL-10.
