李瑞教授调神醒神治疗心肾不交型小儿遗尿之针灸临床经验

Professor LI Rui's clinical experience of using acupuncture in treating heart-kidney non-interaction pattern of pediatric enuresis by regulating mentality and opening the orifices

文章旨在通过典型病例总结李老师以针灸醒神治疗小儿遗尿之经验。李老师认为,关于小儿遗尿之病因病机,不单从肾气未充,膀胱气化失司,固摄水液功能失调方面考虑,临床更多见的是心肾不交,肾不上达于心,心神失养而致遗尿。因此,在治疗时,李老师强调以醒神为主,兼益肾止遗,皆取得良好效果。

Professor LI Rui has worked on acupuncture teaching and clinical practice for more than 20 years. He has profound knowledge and rich experiences. This article aims to share and discuss his experiences by giving a typical case of pediatric enuresis treated by regulating mentality and opening the orifices. In professor LI＇s point of view, the etiology and pathogenesis of enuresis in children is related to the dysfunction of mentality and orifices owed to heart-kidney non-interactionnot more than dysfunction of kidney qi which results in the dysfunction of Bladder＇s controlling liquid. Thus professor LI gives priority to regulating mentality and opening the orifices which always has brilliant effect.
