中国留澳博士后杨建破解遗传疾病基因的启示

Enlightenment from the genes of genetic disease cracked by postdoctoral YANG Jian in Austrilia

文章针对中国留澳博士后杨建破解遗传疾病基因获劳伦斯奖一事有感而发,对当前中医学术界开展的所谓证候基因组学研究提出质疑。作者前期研究证实,西医疾病临床表现与所辖诸证的症状差异悬殊,超出西医疾病以外用于辨证的症状甚多,它们借助中医的证依附于疾病,又与疾病没有实际联系,以一种不可思议的虚拟方式存在。由虚拟的症状集合必然抽象出属性各异的虚拟证,进而导致西医疾病辨证规范大多是靠不住的。在此基础上开展证的基因组学研究,无论在方法学和科学性方面,均存在十分严重的逻辑问题,提请学术界认真对待这一问题。

In this paper, the so-called syndrome genomics research in the current academic circles of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） was questioned after feeling that postdoctoral YANG Jian win Lawrence award for cracking the genes of genetic disease. The previous research of author has confirmed that the differences between clinical manifestations of western medicine and its TCM syndromes are great disparity. Many unrelated manifestations beyond the defining range of western diseases exist ridiculously, that resulting in various virtual TCM syndromes. Consequently, the standard of TCM syndrome differentiation based on western medicine is mostly unreliable. Therefore, an important issue that there are very serious logical problems either in methodology or scientific aspects about the syndrome genomics research must be followed closely in the academic circles.
