文章通过检索中英文数据库,对近3年来国内外关于雷公藤红素药理作用的文献进行分析、整理和归纳,综述了雷公藤红素药理作用的最新研究进展。作为一个天然药物,雷公藤红素不仅在抗肿瘤、抗炎与免疫抑制、抗神经退行性疾病等领域显示了良好的药理活性,还在治疗HIV感染、涎酸贮积症及高血压病等疾病方面展示了其潜力,极具开发价值,受到了广泛的关注。雷公藤红素的药理作用是目前研究的热点与重点,今后应当多开展其作用机制与体内过程等研究。

Literature at home and abroad in recent 3 years were analyzed and summarized to make a review of the recent progress on the pharmacological effects of celastrol. As a natural medicine, celastrol exhibits excellent pharmacological activities in anti-tumor, anti-inflammatory, immune suppressive and anti-neurodegenerative aspects. The compound also has the potential to treat HIV infection, sialidosis, hypertension, and so on. Celastrol is of great value and attracts a wide spread attention. Recent researches focus on pharmacological effects of celastrol at present, and studies on its pharmacological mechanism and in vivo process should be carried out gradually in the future.
