Progress of flavonoids constituents on anti-free radical oxidative activity

摘要 黄酮类化合物是一类具有C_6-C_3-C_6基本骨架的、广泛存在于中草药中的重要次级代谢产物。因该类化合物具有分子可塑性、分布广泛性、活性多样性等特点,已引起了国内外学者的广泛关注并得到了迅速的发展。文章根据黄酮类化合物的主要结构类型,分别就黄酮与黄酮醇、二氢黄酮与二氢黄酮醇、异黄酮与查尔酮等成分,结合植物来源、提取方法,在抗自由基氧化活性及作用机制中取得的最新成果进行分析,以期为今后的黄酮类抗自由基氧化中药新药的研究开发提供一些参考。 Flavonoid, composed of a C6-C3-C6 backbone, is a kind of secondary metabolites of Chinese matefia medica, which widely exists in the Chinese herbal medicine. It has received bxtensive attention from all over the world and obtained a rapid development since its molecular plasticity, widespread distribution and active diversity. According to the main structure of flavonoid type, this paper summarized the latest research progress on anti-free radical oxidation activity and mechanism, including the plant sources and extraction methods, of the above main structure types, so as to provide some reference for the research and development of new medicine of flavonoids with antioxidant activity.
