虚燥更平散对更年期高血压病大鼠血管重塑的影响 被引量:1

Experimental study on effects of Xuzao Gengping Powder on the vascular remodeling in climacteric hypertension rats

摘要 目的:探讨虚燥更平散逆转更年期高血压病大鼠血管重塑可能的机制。方法:建立更年期高血压病动物模型并随机分为中药组、西药组、更年期高血压病组、假手术组、自发性高血压病大鼠(SHR)组,设WKY组为正常对照组,分别予以虚燥更平散,缬沙坦,蒸馏水灌服60d。结果:更年期高血压病加重高血压病大鼠的血管重塑,中药组、西药组血管管腔内径(LD)增大,中层厚度(MT)、MT/LD减小(P<0.05),血清基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)、金属蛋白酶抑制剂-1(TIMP-1)水平降低(P<0.05)。结论:虚燥更平散能明显减少高血压造成的血管组织损伤,通过降低血清MMP-9水平,同时降低TIMP-1代偿性升高,恢复MMP-9/TIMP-1平衡,可能是有效预防及逆转更年期高血压病血管重塑的机制。 Objective: To explore reverse vascular remodeling effect and possible mechanism in climacteric hypertension rats with Xuzao Gengping Powder. Methods: Climacteric hypertension model rats were established and randomly divided into traditional Chinese medicine group, western medicine group, climacteric hypertension group, fake operation and SHR groups. WKY group was set as a normal control group. The traditional Chinese medicine group was drenched with Xuzao Gengping powder, and the western medicine group with Valsartan Capsule. The other groups were drenched with distilled water. Results: The vascular remodeling of climacteric hypertension rats was more serious than SHR rats'. There was no difference between climacteric hypertension traditional Chinese medicine and climacteric hypertension western medicine, and both of them were smaller than WKY, MT, MT/LD decreased (P〈0.05). The traditional Chinese medicine group and western medicine group were larger than WKY(P〈0.05). Compared with the climacteric hypertension, fake operation and SHR groups, MMP-9 and TIMP- 1 levels in serum of traditional Chinese medicine group and western medicine group decreased (P〈0.05). Conclusion: Xuzao Gengping Powder can significantly reduce vascular tissue damage caused by high blood pressure. By reducing MMP-9 and TIMP- 1 in serum and restoring balance of MMP-9/TIMP-1 might be the effective mechanism for preventing and reversing vascular remodeling in climacteric hypertension rats.
