摘要
目的:研究麻杏石甘汤剂中盐酸麻黄碱和苦杏仁苷的含量测定方法。方法:采用C_(18)反向色谱柱,流动相:乙腈-甲醇-0.1%磷酸(含0.04%三乙胺,0.02%正丁胺)(1:1:8),柱温:30℃,检测波长:210nm。结果:盐酸麻黄碱和苦杏仁苷进样量分别在0.175-1.050μg,0.461-2.766μg范围内峰面积呈良好线性关系。回收率分别为:盐酸麻黄碱99.26%,RSD=2.42%;苦杏仁苷99.30%,RSD=1.67%。一剂方中含盐酸麻黄碱13.47mg/g(n=3),含苦杏仁苷44.30mg/g(n=3)。结论:本方法操作简单、快速、准确、灵敏度高、专属性强、重现性好,可作为麻杏石甘汤剂的定量控制方法之一。
Objective: To determine the concentrations of ephedrine hydrochloride and amygdalin in Maxing Shigan Decoction. Methods: The analytical column was an OSD column. The mobile phase was acetonitrile-methanol-0.1%phosphoric acid (0.04%triethylamine, 0.02%amine) solution (1:1:8). The column temperature was 30~C. The detection wavelength was at 210nm. Results: The calibration curves of ephedrine hydrochloride and amygdalin showed good linearity at the ranges of 0.175- 1.050μg, 0.461-2.766μg. The recoveries of ephedrine hydrochloride and amygdalin showed were 99.26% (RSD=2.42%), 99.30% (RSD=1.67%). A prescription contained ephedrine hydrochloride 13.47mg/g (n=3), arctium 44.30mg/g (n=3). Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid, accurate, highly sensitive, specific, reproducible, and can be used for the quality control of Maxing Shigan Decoction.
