健脾解毒汤联合阿维A治疗斑块状银屑病安全性和有效性的临床研究

Clinical study on plaque psoriasis treated by Spleen-strengthening and Detoxification Decoction combined with Avi A

目的:探讨应用健脾解毒汤联合阿维A治疗斑块状银屑病的安全性和有效性。方法:82例斑块状银屑病患者随机分为两组,治疗组采用健脾解毒汤联合阿维A胶囊治疗,对照组采用口服阿维A胶囊治疗,观察疗效、银屑病面积与严重性指数(PASI)积分及不良反应情况。结果:两组治疗结束后疗效对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),治疗组的总有效率为95.24%,对照组的总有效率为85.00%,治疗组疗效明显高于对照组,治疗后两组PASI评分降低(P<0.05),且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.01),两组不良反应发生率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),治疗组不良反应低于对照组。结论:健脾解毒汤联合阿维A治疗斑块状银屑病疗效较好,不良反应低。

Objective： To observe the safety and efficacy of the plaque psoriasis treated by Spleen-strengthening and Detoxification Decoction combined with Avi A. Methods： 82 patients of plaque psoriasis were divided into two groups randomly. Patients of the treatment group were treated by Spleen-strengthening and Detoxiflcation Decoction combined with Avi A, while the patients in control group were treated with Avi A only. The effect, PASI score and adverse reactions were observed. Results： The differences of the two curative results were statistically significant （P〈0.01）, 95.24% of patients in the treatment group were cured, 85.00% in the control group were cured. The curative effect of the former was obviously better than the latter one. PASI scores of the two groups decreased after treatment （P〈0.05）, and the treatment group was better than control group （P〈0.01）, the difference of the rate of reversed reactions was statistically significant （P〈0.01）. The occurance of reversed reactions of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group. Conclusion： The safety and efficacy of plaque psoriasis treated by Spleen-strengthening and Detoxification Decoction combined with Avi is better than Avi A only.
