某高校糖尿病及糖尿病前期患病趋势的统计分析

Statistic analysis for the prevalence tendency of diabetes and pre-diabetes in a university community

目的对武汉市某高校社区教职员工糖尿病近3年(2010-2012年)的变化趋势进行了分析,以便针对性的进行卫生管理、预防和健康教育。方法调查数据来自本医院健康体检所获得的血糖检测数据。结果 2012年糖尿病患病率7.14%(302/4 229),较2010年的4.44%(182/4 103)显著增加;2012年糖尿病前期患病率19.58%(828/4 229),较2010年的7.53%(309/4 103)显著增加;两个年度糖尿病和糖尿病前期均出现>50岁人群是患病主体;男性多于女性;年轻人患病率增加的情况。结论该高校教职员工糖尿病患病率逐年增多,且有年轻化趋势;应加强对重点人群进行定期检测、开展积极有效的健康教育。

Objective To improve the management,prevention and health education on diabetes and pre-diabetes,a medical analysis was undertaken for the diabetes and pre-diabetes patients in a university community for three-year period（2010-2012）.Method The FPG indexes obtained from the annual physical examination were analyzed.Results There was a significant increase of diabetes（7.14%,302 /4 229 in 2012,while it was 4.44%,309 /4 103 in 2010）;the same tendency was found for pre-diabetes cases（19.58%,828 /4 229 in 2012,while it was 7.53%,309 / 4 103,in 2010）;Statistic analysis showed that the majority of both cases were over 50 years old,there were more male cases than female cases,and the prevalence among the young was increasing.Conclusion The prevalence of diabetes and pre-diabetes was increasing yearly,and it had the tendency of being younger.Therefore,a regular FPG examination regime for the focus group should be maintained and strengthened.
