荆州市2008-2012年血吸虫病防治效果分析

Evaluation on schistosomiasis control in Jingzhou City ( 2008-2012)

目的评估2008-2012年湖北省荆州市血吸虫病防治效果,分析2013年达到传播控制目标的难点与采取的有效措施。方法采用回顾性调查方法,对2008-2012年荆州市9个县(市、区)血吸虫病疫情年报资料统计分析。结果 2012年,全市人、畜血吸虫感染率分别为1.15%和0.44%,分别比2008年下降65.77%和84.56%;以行政村为单位,人、畜血吸虫感染率≥1%的村数分别为316个、47个,占总流行村个数比例分别由2008年76.57%、70.54%降至2012年16.84%、2.50%。未发生急性血吸虫感染病例,5年来未发生血吸虫病突发疫情。2012年秋季未查出阳性钉螺。结论 2008年以来,湖北省荆州市血吸虫病疫情明显下降,但各项疫情指标离达到血吸虫病传播控制标准尚有差距,必须采取有效措施,为2013年全市血吸虫病传播控制达标考核作好全面准备。

Objective The efficiency of schistosomiasis control was evaluated in Jingzhou City of Hubei Province from 2008 to 2012,and the difficulties and effective measures taken to reach the goal of achieving transmission control were analyzed.Methods Retrospective survey was adopted,annual reports on schistosomiasis control from 2008 to 2012 in nine counties of Jingzhou city were analyzed.Results The rate of both human and animal schistosomiasis were 1.15% and 0.44% respectively in Jingzhou city in 2012,it had a decrease of 65.77% and 84.56% than that in 2008 respectively.Take the administrative village as the basic unit,the number of the villages,in which the rate of both human and animal schistosomiasis were controlled above 1%,were 316 and 47 respectively,the proportion of the total villages dropped from 76.57% and 70.54% in 2008 to 16.84% and 2.50% in 2012.No acute schistosomiasis was found,in the past five years,there was no outbreak as well.No infected snail was found in the fall of 2012.Conclusions Since 2008,schistosomiasis prevalence has decreased obviously in Jingzhou city,however,not all the indicators reached the standard of the control of the transmission of schistosomiasis.Effective measures should be taken so as to reach the target of the control of schistosomiasis transmission in 2013.
