摘要疑似预防接种异常反应（Adverse Event Following Immu-nization,AEFI）是指在预防接种后发生的怀疑与预防接种有关的反应或事件。开展疑似异常反应监测,对于评价疫苗的安全性,改善预防接种服务质量,增强公众对预防接种的信心,具有重要意义。对鄂州市2010-2012年AEFI监测资料进行分析。
