摘要 分析了循环冷却水系统的几种主要的节能措施的特点及其原理,并着重研究了采用循环水泵变频、采用冷却塔风机双速或强化系统的运行管理的节能效果。节能计算结果表明循环水泵变频、冷却塔风机双速节能效果明显,技术经济比较结果亦显示其灵活度高和投资回收期较短等优点。 The features and principles of several major energy saving measures for circulating cooling water system were analyzed, and the energy conservation effect was studied emphatically by adopting variable frequency circulating water pump, double speed cooling tower fan or strengthening the operation management of the sys- tem. The energy saving calculation result shows that the energy saving effects of varia- ble frequency circulating water pump and double speed cooling tower fan are obvious, and the technical and economic comparison result also shows such advantages as high flexibility and short investment payback period.
