胃癌肿瘤标志物研究现状 被引量：2

Current status of gastric cancer markers research

摘要 肿瘤标志物可以反映肿瘤的存在，为肿瘤的早期诊断提供了条件。研究发现微小RNA、酶类、细胞因子类、抗原抗体类等胃癌相关肿瘤标志物对胃癌的诊治、评估患者预后以及监测肿瘤复发等具有重要的临床实践指导意义。 Tumor markers can reflect tumor existence, and open an entrance to diagnose tumor at early stage. Recent researches reveal that gastric cancer related tumor markers such as microRNAs, enzymes, cyto- kines and antibodies-antigens are significant for the diagnosis, treatment, relapse surveillance, prognosis evalu- ation of gastric cancer.
