摘要
对一位三本院校农村女大学生叙说个案的分析发现,农村女性具有阶层出生和性别"先赋型"双重劣势,在对高等教育的选择和就读过程中,制度和结构所赋予个人的场域和资本始终左右着她们的行为选择。选择是个体与结构二重化的过程,结构对个体行为选择的限制是一种隐性不公。为此,在制度桎梏之下,可从个体选择的心理行为层面制定促进教育公平的策略。
Based on the analysis of narrative arise from a rural female student of less ad- vantage college, it found that rural females have been born with double "ascribed" disadvan- tage according to their class and gender, which lead to the result that the field and capital en- dued by social institution and structure controlled their behavioral choice during the choice of higher education and the studying. Choice of behavior is the result of the double effects from individual and structure, and the restriction of choice resulted by structure is implicitly un- fair. Thus, in such shackles of institutions, it should adopt the strategy to promote the edu- cational equality from the perspective of psychological behavior of individual choice.
