书院制教育模式的兴起及其发展思考

The Rise of Classical Academy and the Implications of Its Development

近年来兴起的本科生书院制学生教育模式在借鉴中国传统书院和英美大学住宿学院制度的基础上,建立了以书院为单元的学习和生活社区,构建了师生共处的新型育人平台,改进了传统的学生管理模式,实现了理念创新,其内在逻辑是引领社会发展的人才必然同时具有学术能力和社会融合能力。书院制改革符合人才成长规律,顺应了我国本科教育内涵提升的要求,具有推广价值。

The academy mode of student management is a new mode of student manage- ment that carries out general education to students and undertakes their moral and behavioral cultivation on the basis of imitating foreign residential college system. The inner logic of classical academy system is that the talents who guide the social development must both pos- sess the academic ability and social developing ability. This new educating mode gives up the original class-based student managing system and builds up a cultivating platform of commu- nity on the basis of student dormitory, which will help to solve the disadvantages of ignoring students＇ needs and separating teaching from cultivating talents. In a word, it adapts the de- mands of connotation-update in Chinese undergraduate education reform.
