摘要
采用固相萃取柱-HPLC法,利用定性(保留时间)、定量(峰面积)和分离度等指标,优化样品前处理方法和色谱条件,测定植物油脂中苯并芘的含量。色谱条件是:固相萃取柱,Agilent Eclipse PAH—C18色谱柱,流动相V(乙腈):y(水)=88:12,流速为1.0ml/min,荧光检测器,正己烷为溶剂,进样量40μL,外标法定量。结果表明:该方法检出限为0.15μg/kg,加标回收率为89.4%-100.1%,变异系数为1.3%~2.4%;同时,样品前处理简单,目标峰保留时间短。
By the solid phase extraction column-HPLC in determinating benzopyrene of vegetable oils.Using of the qualitative (retention time) ,quantitative (peak area) and the separation index,determine the sample pretreatment method and the chromato- graphicconditions.Theresuhsshowthat:withthecolumnof Agilent Eclipse PAH-C18(5.0μm,4.6mm×250mm),themobilephase of acetonitrile:water (88:12) ,the flow of 1.0 ml/min,and the injection volume of 40μL.the residual of benzopyrene in vegetable oil was determined. The limit of detection was 0.15μg/kg, overall recoveries were 89.4%- 100.1%, and RS D was 1.3 %-2.4%.
