摘要
研究了一种适用于港珠澳大桥沉管隧道的内贴式橡胶止水带。介绍沉管隧道接头应用内贴式橡胶止水带进行密封的工作原理、基本结构和安装方法。建立相关模型,结合实际工况,应用有限元方法对内贴式橡胶止水带工作状态和水密封特性进行模拟分析,并对内贴式橡胶止水带的水密封特性进行了试验验证。试验结果表明,内贴式橡胶止水带能很好地满足沉管隧道工程的实际需求。
The paper proposed an inner adhesive rubber waterstop tie suitable for the use of the immersed tunnel of Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao bridge.It outlines the basic structure,installation and design for this waterstop tie based on an overview of the joints in the immersed tunnel and a study on the working principle of the tie.The finite element method was used,together with relevant model construction and a reference to the actual working state,in the hope of analysing the working status and the water-seal performance of the rubber waterstop tie.For the same purpose,experiments were conducted to test the water-seal performance and the result shows that the waterstop tie proposed is able to meet the requirements of the immersed tunnel project.
