摘要
设计了一款基于贴片上开不规则阶梯型槽和接地面开矩形槽相结合的小型化超宽带微带天线,该天线通过DGS的接地面和在正方形贴片的两个角连续地插入三对矩形槽,形成阶梯形状,可以改变天线表面的电流路径,有效地增加电流路径的长度,与传统的微带天线尺寸相比,该天线的尺寸仅为11mm×16mm×1mm,带宽比3.6:1。利用AnsoftHFSS对该天线进行仿真分析,结果表明天线的-10dB反射损耗频率范围为5.5~19.8GHz,相对带宽达113%,在整个工作频段内具有良好的辐射特性,天线结构简单,易于制造,具有广阔的应用前景。
In this paper, a novel miniaturized UWB antenna based on step cut radiating patch and a regular slot in the ground plane with microstrip feed is proposed and experimentally studied. With truncated ground plane and sequentially inserting the three notches with proper sizes and positions in two corners of the square radiating patch, it can change the antenna's surface current path, and effective increase current path length. In comparison to the traditional microstrip antenna , the miniaturized antenna dimension is only about 11mm×16mm×1mm, bandwidth ratio 3.6: 1. The Ansoft HFSS software is used for simulation analysis of such antenna. Results show that the presented structure shows an ultra-wide impedance bandwidth behavior based on S11≤-10 dB, covering frequency range from 5.5 GHz to 19.8 GHz, relative bandwidth is about 113%. This antenna holds good radiation performances in its operation frequencies, and its structure is simple and easy to manufacture and has a wide application prospect.
