柴油脱氮菌的应用研究

摘要 在前期工作的基础上,进一步考察了(NH4)2SO4无机氮的加入对喹啉降解的影响,并在降解喹啉最佳条件下,对菌株进行扩大培养,用于柴油脱氮。实验结果表明,营养盐与柴油体积比对柴油脱氮的效果影响不大,确定营养盐与柴油的最佳体积比为1.5∶1,表面活性剂Tween80的加入能够提高柴油脱氮率,脱氮率从12.9%增加到16.7%;25mL柴油中,Tween80的最佳添加量为0.175g;较高的摇床转速可减小油水微粒的粒径,并提高溶解氧含量及脱氮效率,转速为250r/min时,脱氮率提高到19.3%;菌株接种量为3mL时,脱氮率为19.5%;脱氮次数对柴油的脱氮效果影响较小。 On the basis of previous work,further study on the influence of the addition of(NH4)2SO4 on quinoline denitrogen efficiency was conducted and under the best operation conditions for quinoline denitrogen,the denitrogen bacterium HY9 cultivated in nutrients was tested for nitrogen removal from diesel fuels.Experimental results show that inorganic nitrogen has no influence on the degradation of quinoline.The proportion of nutrients to diesel oil has little effect on diesel oil denitrogen and the best proportion is 1.5∶1.The ratio of diesel oil denitrogen is increased from 12.9% to 16.7% when the surfactant Tween80 is added at the optimal ratio of 0.175 g Tween80/25 mL diesel oil.Higher shaking speed improves the nitrogen removal efficiency as it can reduce the size of oil-water drop to dissolve more oxygen.The shaking speed tests show that the optimal conditions are 3 mL of suspension of HY9 cultivated and 250 r/min with a denitrogen ratio of 19.5%.However,the times have no effect on efficiency of denitrogen.
