摘要
考察了微波场焙烧后贵州铝土矿的溶出性能,得到了最佳溶出条件:温度为200℃,时间45 min,碱液浓度为210 g/L。微波焙烧矿与原矿相比较,溶出温度降低了60℃,溶出时间缩短了15 min,苛碱浓度降低了20 g/L,溶出率也得到了较大程度提高。
The dissolution performance of Guizhou bauxite under microwave field was investigated. The best dissolution conditions were confirmed as follows: temperature of 200 C, time of 45 min, caustic alkali concentration of 210 g/L. Compared with the raw ore, the roasted ore has a dissolution temperature, dissolution time and caustic alkali concentration decreased by 60 ~C, 15 min and 20 g/L, respectively. The dissolution rate has been largely improved as well.
