摘要 研究了鞍钢常用的几种天然块矿的冶金性能、微观结构以及结晶水较高块矿的热分解特性,并介绍了PB块在高炉的实际应用情况。结果表明,块矿无论在爆裂指数、还原性方面都能满足鞍钢高炉的需求;PB块的热分解速度快于纽曼块,反应区间更窄,单位质量的吸热量远小于纽曼块,有利于降低高炉焦比。在鞍钢高炉炉料中添加16%比例的块矿可以提高高炉的技术经济指标。 The metallurgical properties and microstructures of several kinds of natural lump ores commonly used in Ansteel, as well as the thermal decomposition characteristics of those lump ores with much crystal water have been studied. The practical applications of PB lump ores in blast furnace were introduced. The results show that both decrepitation indexes and reducibility of the lump ores can meet the requirements of the blast furnace in Ansteel. Compared to Newman lump ores, PB lump ores have higher thermal decomposition rate, narrower reaction interval and much lower heat absorption, which can help to decrease the coke ratio of the blast furnace. Addition of lump ores to the blast furnace burden at a ratio of 16% can improve the technical and economic indexes.
