摘要
目的:探讨生长抑素对人体胰腺癌的细胞株生长的控制作用。方法:用细胞培养的方式,将癌细胞随机分为5组,分别加入普通培养液进行对照和不同浓度的生长抑素,观察细胞株的生长情况,测量细胞的光密度值、细胞内的cAMP和钙离子浓度,进行比较。结果:不同浓度的生长抑素对人胰腺癌细胞株的生长均有不同程度的抑制作用,其中浓度越高,癌细胞的生长速度越慢,也能抑制癌细胞内的cAMP和钙离子水平。结论:生长抑素对人的胰腺癌细胞株的生长有显著的抑制作用。
Objective To investigate the inhibiting effects of somatostatin on the growth of human pancreatic cell strain. Methods Human pancreatic cells were divided into 5 groups to receive ordinary nutrient solution or different concentrations of somatostatin. The growth and the optical density value of human pancreatic cell strain, and the concentrations of cyclic adenosine monophosphate (cAMP) and calcium ion in the cells were measured. Results Different concentrations of somatostatin had different degrees of inhibiting effects on the growth of human pancreatic cell strain and on the levels of cAMP and calcium ion in it, the higher the concentration, the slower the growth of cancer cells. Conclusions Somatostatin had significant inhibiting effect on the growth of human pancreatic cell strain.
