二甲双胍联合5-氟尿嘧啶抑制人结肠癌细胞SW620生长的实验研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的:研究联合应用二甲双胍能否增强化疗药物5-氟尿嘧啶(5-FU)对人结肠癌细胞株SW620的抑制作用。方法:体外培养人结肠癌细胞株SW620,以5-FU联合或不联合二甲双胍干预细胞,MTT法检测细胞增殖情况,流式细胞仪检测细胞周期及凋亡以及CD133+细胞比例。结果:二甲双胍能够增强5-FU对细胞增殖的抑制作用,5-FU联合二甲双胍干预的细胞与单独应用5-FU干预的细胞相比,细胞周期S期比例降低,早期及晚期凋亡率增加,CD133+细胞比例降低。结论:二甲双胍与5-FU联合应用对人结肠癌细胞具有协同抑制作用。
