摘要 为解决7 m大采高综采工作面末采压架事故,基于大柳塔煤矿52304大采高综采工作面末采贯通期间支架压死和冒顶事故,采用理论分析、现场观测的方法分析了压架与冒顶事故的原因,探索了工作面压力显现强烈的机理,分析了末采阶段矿压显现规律,提出了处理支架压死的技术方案,在巷道设计、顶板控制、工程质量、管理认识等方面制定了预防压架事故发生的关键性措施。 In order to solve the hydraulic powered supports jammed accident occurred during the terminal mining of the fully mechanized 7 in high cutting coal face, based on the hydraulic powered supports jammed accident occurred during the run-through of the terminal mining in No.52304 fully mechanized high cutting coal face in Daliuta Mine, the theoretical analysis and the site observation method were applied to analyze the causes of the hydraulic powered supports jammed and roof fall accidents, discovered the mechanism of the serious mine strata pressure behavior occurred in the coal mining face, analyzed the mine strata pressure behavior law during the terminal mining stage and provided the technical plan to handle the hydraulic powered supports jammed.The key measures to prevent the hydraulic powered supports jammed accident occurred were set up in the mine roadway design, roof control, engineering quality, management understanding and other aspects.
