充填膏体制备及泵送监控系统设计及应用

Design and Application of Filling Paste Preparation and Pump Monitoring System

针对目前充填膏体制备及泵送监控系统存在配料误差大、系统故障率高等问题,基于PROFIBUS-DP现场总线设计了新型充填膏体制备及泵送监控系统,该系统可实现充填料浆原材料配料称重、搅拌、泵送等整套工艺自动化监控。在峰峰集团矿井膏体充填开采实践表明,该控制系统有效提升了充填膏体制备及泵送的可靠性和充填效率。

According to exist some problems such as great error in the ingredients, high failure rate in the present system of filling paste preparation and pump monitoring, based on the PROFIBUS-DP field bus, designed the new system of filling paste preparation and pump monitoring, the system could realize the whole process＇s automatic monitoring including filling pulp raw material ingredient weighing, mixing and pumping. The paste filling mining practice in Fengfeng Group showed that the control system effectively improved the productivity and the reliability of filling paste preparation and pumping.
