我国“三集中体育运动学校”的困惑与出路

Puzzledom and Exit of “Three-Focuses” Physical Educational Schools in China

通过对我国"三集中体育运动学校"现状进行分析,发现体校现状除了存在经费短缺、学训矛盾、招生难等问题外,还存在着观念守旧、出路狭窄、学校有限与学生太少等问题。其根源在于体校价值唯一性的偏差以及学生出口路径单一性设计不足。提出正确认识体校在体育强国建设中的战略核心地位和学生发展目标的差异性,构建体校在义务教育体系中的招生、入学、培养、输送、奖励等多元发展的培养体系,多元化教育目标设计,优化体校在运训单招的特殊政策,拓宽出口途径,集中优势资源将体校建设成体育事业发展的中心枢纽,以促进各级体校的可持续发展。

Through the analysis on todays ＂Three-focuses＂physical educational schools,problems have been dug out,that todays schools lack outlay,that learning and training conflict with each other,that enrollment of freshmen is difficult,that these schools stick to fogyism,that the number of schools is limited and that there are not enough students.The reasons are that the PE schools have a unique value standard and that the future of students is in dark.It is suggested that correctly recognizing these schools central role in the building of a strong country as well as the difference between various students,that a scientific cultivation system of enrollment,cultivation,allocation and reward should be established,that the teaching goal should be pluralistic in order to let the students have a brighter future,and that super resources should be focused on the building of PE schools so as to realize sustainable development.
