运用健康及阳光体育的相关理念,结合常州市武进区星辰实验学校"阳光体育"实施过程中的经验和策略,对学校体育特色教学模式进行了剖析和论述,并提出了特色教学模式的实施策略。

School physical education is an important way to promote the students health,health first from the perspective of developing the characteristic teaching has important significance for improving students health.This paper used the principle of health and the sunshine sports,combined with the experience and strategy of the ＂Sunshine Sports＂in the implementation process,the teaching model of school physical characteristics are analyzed and discussed,and put forward the strategies of characteristic teaching mode,in order to carry out special sports teaching some other schools,and to provide some theoretical reference as the school sports management in china.
