摘要
选择羽毛球后场技术为教学研究内容,把学员分成实验组和对照组,实验组按照新的训练方案吊球———高球进行教学,对照组按照传统的教学方案高球———吊球进行练习。经过系统地训练后,对两组的发力顺畅程度、技术动作掌握程度、回球质量要求进行了技术测试分析。结果表明,实验组优于对照组,创新教学法提高了教学质量,取得了满意的教学效果。
This research chooses 16 badminton amateurs from the badminton club in Technician College,ChenZhou,Hunan,while choosing back court techniques as the training plan.The amateurs are divided into two groups: one is experimental group in which the players are taught in new teaching plan(drop shot,lob);the other one is control group in which the players are taught in traditional order(lob,drop shot).After the systematical training,the fluency of exerting force,the mastery of the techniques and movements,the quality of ball-return are taken as the standards to test and analyze the testers.This research concludes a set of practical and effective training methods for the badminton amateurs,serving as reference to teach badminton amateurs.
