摘要
通过对北京市残疾田径运动员在云南昆明进行为期五周的高原训练进行跟踪,观察运动员在平原—高原—平原交叉环境下肺功能的变化规律,分别对MVV、VC、FVC、FEV1%、PEF、PEF25~75%用力肺活量平均呼吸流速各指标进行测试。结果显示:高原残疾田径运动员训练后肺功能各指标有明显上升,高原训练有利于残疾田径运动员肺通气功能的提高。
Aim: Observing the variation on the athletes lung function changes under the cross environment of the plain-plateau-plain through the research of highland training in Kunming,Yunnan province on the disabled athletes from Beijing within five weeks.Methods: The highland training test is divided into three tests;10 days before the training,every other week test during the highland training,15 days after the training.It tests on the the force vital capacity and the average tidal breath flow rate of MVV,VC,FVC,FEV1%,PEF and PEF25 ~ 75%.The results showed that lung function indications from the disability athletics have a marked increase before the highland training.Suggesting that highland training is conducive to the improvement of ventilatory function of disabled athletes.
