以海上执法实验室建设为契机,对实战视角下海上执法实践教学———"服务基层、贴近实战;注重基础、立足海上;科技化实践教学;树立实验安全及节约意识"等4方面作了详细论证,以期培养、造就高素质的海上执法人才。

The laboratory building of marine enforcement is regarded as an opportunity to the practical teaching of marine enforcement from angle of view of actual combat, which has been proved from the four respects of ＂Serving the grassroots,closing to actual combat; emphasising on basis, based on the sea; practical teaching of science and technology; establishing the experimental security and conservation awareness,＂ in order to cultivate high quality talents of marine enforcement.
