摘要
医学生临床综合能力的培养是医学院校人才培养的核心,外科实践水平是医学生临床综合能力的重要组成部分,其教学质量的监控尤为关键,而国内高校对实践教学的评价普遍缺乏有效方法。致力于每个医学生外科综合能力培养的全过程,建立了关注医学生学习过程的网络化"三位一体"评价体系,即通过学生、教师、教学督导良性互动评价,以促进教学相长,不断提高每个医学生的外科综合能力,以期培养具有良好医德素质、实践能力和创新精神的医药卫生人才。
The training on clinical comprehensive ability of medical students is the core of talent cultivation in the medical university. The level of surgical practice is an important part of the clinical comprehensive ability. The monitoring on teaching quality is the key for surgical practice, and there is lack of effective methods on evaluation of practice teaching in domestic universities. Our school pays close attention to the whole training process of surgical comprehensive ability for every medical students. An evaluation system named "trinity" focusing on medical students' learning process by network was established. That is, through benign interactive evaluation among the students, the teachers and the teaching supervisor, so as to promote the teaching and learning, and constantly improve the level of surgical comprehensive ability for each students, in order to cultivate health personnel with good medical ethics quality, practical ability and innovative spirit.
