高等院校大型实验设备状态维修探讨

Discussion on condition-based maintenance of large-scale experimental equipment in colleges and universities

为了做好高校大型实验设备的维修工作,保证教学实验和科学研究的顺利开展,提出将状态维修技术应用于大型实验设备的维修管理。讨论了传统维修方法的局限性和状态维修技术的优势,给出了实验设备状态维修的具体过程,并对其效益进行了分析。采用状态维修技术,能够避免实验设备的突发故障和维修的盲目性,克服传统维修方式带来的不必要的经济损失和设备性能的下降,在高校推广应用具有重要的意义。

In order to do a good job in the large-scale experimental equipment repair work and guarantee the teaching experiment and scientific research smoothly, the condition-based maintenance （CBM） technique is applied to the maintenance management. The limitations of traditional maintenance method and the advantages of CBM are discussed. The detailed process of CBM is proposed and its benefit is analyzed. With CBM method, sudden faults of equipment, blind repairment, unnecessary economic loss and equipment performance degradation can be avoided. The method should be applied as soon as possible.
