摘要
高校科研团队文化越来越引起人们的关注。良好的团队文化有利于科研人员自身心理和谐、个群关系和谐、内外环境和谐、共享价值观念。提升高校科研人员和谐心理,应该明确团队共同愿景目标、发挥团队领导主导作用、创建团队和谐心理契约。
More and more concern has been paid to universities' scientific research team culture recently. Good team culture is favorable toward researchers' psychological harmony, individual and team relationship harmony, the internal and external environment harmony and sharing values. To achieve the psychological harmony of scientific research staff, a shared vision of the team should be clearly defined, team leader shall play a dominant role and a team psychological harmony contract should be created.
