社会转型期青年民警思想状况之调研报告——以对X监青年民警的实证问卷为例

Investigation report on ideological status of young police in social transition period - in the case of questionnaire of the young police in X prison

青年民警是监狱工作的突击队和生力军。社会转型期,青年民警的思想状况到底怎样呢?为此,本文对X监35岁以下的民警开展了问卷调研,从理想、信念、价值追求方面、履职方面、学习与生活方面对青年民警存在的问题和现象进行梳理,从社会、监狱和民警个人层面分析了原因,并就组织工作、宣传教育工作、警察文化建设、从优待警以及"八小时以外"维度进行了深入地思考和探讨,提出了相应措施。

Young police are the commando and fresh force in the prison work. In social transition period, what is the ideological status of young police like？ This author carried out a questionnaire survey to the young police under 35 years old in X prison, sorted out the problems and phenomena from the ideals, beliefs, values, performance of their duties, learning and life, analyzed the reasons from the society, prison and the individual, thought and discussed on the organization of work, publicity and education work, construction of police culture, preferential treatment and dimension of ＂more than eight hours＂, and proposed appropriate measures.
